The word-of-mouth café
Brands often explain referral marketing through tech and incentives. I saw it as human behaviour built on trust, enthusiasm and recommendation.
I wrote a brand film that turned those everyday moments into a visual metaphor for how advocacy spreads, focusing on the psychology not product.
The concept won £30k in investment against competing portfolio brands and generated £125k in commercial value.
Become a marketing maestro
People are under pressure to do more with less. I saw an opportunity to shift the conversation from limitations to possibilities, inspiring teams to think bigger and enjoy the potential of referral marketing.
I wrote Become a Marketing Maestro, a character-led animated film that transformed complex product benefits into an uplifting story of creativity and confidence.
The concept secured investment, drove 35%+ QoQ lead growth and quickly became Mention Me’s highest-viewed YouTube content.
